A View From the Top

Living in the heart of a farming community we all get along fine with cow muck and horse dung but I'm sure we all agree that dog shite on our pavements and footpaths is quite literally a step too far. From the junction down to the church there are dollops left by dogs whose owners seem to care not a jot.  This is unacceptable and indeed it is illegal so please desist, whoever you are.

With the monument restoration programme completed it is time to turn our attention to the other major item mentioned in the 2016 quinquennial report – the tower roof....more



Trill Bridge now repaired and open for traffic and pedestrians.

I have it on good authority that the costs involved with rebuilding 
the bridge are to be met by the company's insurer.

Proposed solar farms
There is nothing happening on this front as yet. 
The applicant must submit plans, carry out a Visual Impact Assessment and produce a Wildlife Mitigation Plan.
These have yet to be received by NDDC. 
I will notify parishioners when there is more news.
